what is the difference between an orange and a grapefruit? nutrition wise?

when you read about different diets, for breakfast you see eat half a grapefruit, why is it a grapefruit and not an orange? whats the difference in nutrition between the two?

They are very close to each other in terms of nutrition.

Pink grapefruit has more Vitamin A than orange, that's about it.

Grapefruit:
The Good
This food is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, and a very good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.

The Bad
A large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.

Orange
The Good
This food is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Folate and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber and Vitamin C.

    Both are very healthy, but I belive grapefruits have more antioxidants in them, which help prevent cancer.
